On the radar since posting a top 20 at the Iskandar Johor Open at the end of 2012. Two strong performances in last two Malaysian Opens. Blitzed the field at PGM Templer Park (in Kuala Lumpur) last June setting a 72 hole scoring record on the Asian Developmental Tour and becoming first amateur winner on said tour in the process. Has since taken down two more titles on the college circuit (in final year at University of New Mexico). Malaysia's top ranked amateur and no. 3 ranked player but tipped as Malaysia's biggest prospect in some time. Powerful player who can take on Kuala Lumpur G&CC - a course with "72 birdie opportunities".
