Trading Zone - Rory to bounce Back?
This is a play I posted on Twitter on Monday and one that has proven profitable in the past when there has seemingly been an over reaction about the goings on of some of golfs big names.
As a result, this week Rory McIlroy is trading at 26.0 on the exchanges for the WGC Cadillac. If he bites back and goes low on day one we will see him come all the way back to the price he'd normally be at in the circumstances and he could even touch as low as 6.0, depending on how deep he shoots. Of course if he's anyway in the running after three rounds he'll be lower than his initial SP so there's always the safe option to take your stake back in this situation.
My own plan would be to take my stake back around the 6.0 mark if he goes well and then look to equalise profits after round three if he continues forward.
