Golf In-play diary: Avantha Masters
Looking at the Avantha Masters market with a runaway leader at the top, prices on some quality players lurking behind look inflated. Both Thomas Aiken (22.0) and Magnus A Carlsson (24.0) are in striking position at -5 and -6 respectively (leader -11) and have early tee times tomorrow. It's not a given but I would expect the current leader to hit a sticky patch in the next two rounds, as is the norm in this situation, and these two are arguably two of the players most likely to mount a charge if so.
The trading plan is to stake 2.5u on each and look to lay back five units on either should they hit 6.0. Trade fully between holes 54-63 if one or both then continue to run well.
