Stoke v Valencia Tips - Europa League

There looks to be some tasty Europa League knockout stage fixtures this week and top of the billing for me is the Stoke v Valencia game. Don't forget to join my premium service for my best football tips and advice.

Stoke v Valencia Europa League tips: An area I'm looking at in this one is the vulnerability of the Valencia defense in the air. This has been a problem for them this year in various competitions and I'm intrigued to see how they will cope with the aerial bombardment from Stoke. Whichever strikers Stoke go with, there looks to be value around with some books close to 3/1 on Walters and Jones, with Crouch currently best priced 9/4.

This is a great time to try and take advantage of Betfred's Double Delight offer where backing a Stoke striker could prove very profitable. Click link then 'sport' then 'exclusive offers' for more information. Betfred also offer a £50 free bet for new accounts through their promotions link.

I'm also waiting for the 'to score a header market' to come out on the Stoke v Valencia Europa League game where I'm planning on dutching the two Stoke strikers and possibly Robert Huth if possible. Roberto Soldado will be the obvious threat to the Stoke defense and with the general quality of the Valencia team, this looks like it may be an exciting end to end game. I'll also be having a small bet on Stoke to score two or more which will look great value if Valencia are as vulnerable from crosses as they have been.

What is expected Strokes Gained Course Fit ?

Bryan pioneered the concept of Expected Strokes Gained Course Fit (xSGF) in golf betting. xSGF can be predicted using my model below. For prospective golf betting tips it projects ahead of time how many shots a player is expected to pick up per round on average on a particular golf course. It's weighed against a neutral golf course of the same rating.

Golf Betting Tips Model

Input up to date player and course data (from the upcoming course fit manual 2024) into this interactive golf betting model. My course fit profiling model for golf betting tips uses highly evolved golf nuance and betting intuition, precise parameters and inputs based on Bayesian analysis, plus years of empirical evidence through observing, betting and documenting golf and stats.

What is Progressive Form in Golf Betting?

Progressive form in golf betting differs from current form in that players are showing a trend in the right direction in their recent scoring. Trending form has a high predictive value in golf betting and can also catch players under the radar at an inflated price vs their true betting odds.
