First big clash of the new Premier League season this weekend as Liverpool travel to an injury hit Arsenal. Add to that Arsenal's vulnerability in the air from set pieces, Andy Carroll who exposed this weakness at Highbury last year for Newcastle could benefit again from the expert delivery of Adam and Downing.

Arsenal will pose a threat of their own to a liverpool side also struggling to mould a solid defence. Robin Van Persie will return to threaten the Reds, Arshavin loves playing against Liverpool and may return. Gervinho starts a 3 match ban.
