Gay shows the way in Memphis - SPORTS BETTING RESULTS

A phenomenal performance by 50/1 headline pick Brian Gay in the St. Jude Classic saw him lead from pillar to post and end up 5 shots ahead of his nearest challengers. The second time in 5 starts that Gay has blitzed the field and his 3rd win in the last 1.5 years. He wasn't the only tip that performed well this week with 33/1 Robert Allenby as expected sniffing around the top of the leaderboard to just fall short in the end as seems to be the usual. Signs are though that 100/1 may be big value on him for the US Open this week.

Woody Austin was there or there abouts all week but just fell away whilst trying to push hard to peg Gay back and 66/1 shot Graeme McDowell shot a magnificent final round 63 to finish in 7th place. All tournament match bets came in for the second week running with Harraington, Romero and Pettersson all struggling on this course as expected and all missed the cut leaving easy victories for Allenby (10/11), Crane (4/5) and o' Hern (4/5) respectively.

What is expected Strokes Gained Course Fit ?

Bryan pioneered the concept of Expected Strokes Gained Course Fit (xSGF) in golf betting. xSGF can be predicted using my model below. For prospective golf betting tips it projects ahead of time how many shots a player is expected to pick up per round on average on a particular golf course. It's weighed against a neutral golf course of the same rating.

Golf Betting Tips Model

Input up to date player and course data (from the upcoming course fit manual 2024) into this interactive golf betting model. My course fit profiling model for golf betting tips uses highly evolved golf nuance and betting intuition, precise parameters and inputs based on Bayesian analysis, plus years of empirical evidence through observing, betting and documenting golf and stats.

What is Progressive Form in Golf Betting?

Progressive form in golf betting differs from current form in that players are showing a trend in the right direction in their recent scoring. Trending form has a high predictive value in golf betting and can also catch players under the radar at an inflated price vs their true betting odds.
